    Job is amazing. He always designs a different focus point for each class. What stands up is, there are never “pause-stop-restart” or static moments during the entire flow: the connection between each posture is a truly continuous vinyasa. Regarding the challenge level, I could tell that it is more like a junior “Yoga Hot/Power” or a senior “Slow Flow”. But that is exactly what my husband and I love it the most: not to easy or too hard, a perfect combo of breathing, stretching and the room for self-challenge:)

    What a fun workout! The front desk staff member was so welcoming and gave a great introduction for my first time. The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it would’ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

    The class was divided into halves. The first half of the class was cardio workout with combat moves. The second half was karv techniques. Both the instructors, Amit and Brenda, were extremely involved in mentoring each and every individual. They would review forms, styles, postures etc. to ensure you’re doing it the right way. Overall, the place had a great vibe too. Definitely going there again.

I don't have a lot of experience with strength and resistance training, so it has been super helpful to have Mike walk us through all the exercises and pointing out how to use the proper form.     This was my first gym visit since giving birth and it was a great experience! Anywhere Fit’s gym had tons of equipment and space for classes even up to 10 people. The strength class I did is great for any getting back into working out like me- it gave options of front or back squat and it was an asynchronous workout so we could go at our own pace. Eric, the trainer, was very friendly and attentive in making sure my form was good and ready to take on more weight. Lastly, the community seemed nice, one person engaged in conversation with me although I was new and the following Crossfit class had everyone do an introduction so everyone felt welcome. Overall, an excellent experience! I hope to come back again soon!
