    Brian was the best teacher/coach/trainer that I could ask for. It was my first time and he was so attentive to me in a class of 30 people. He taught we me the moves and helped me change my settings on my treadmill.     What a fun workout! The front desk staff member was so welcoming and gave a great introduction for my first time. The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it would’ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

    Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it
