see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class. This was my first time at Harmony and also my first time doing Pilates. It was led by Hanna and she made me feel so comfortable and was an incredible instructor. All of the movements were easy to follow along and Hanna assisted when needed. This is something I actually really appreciated. Harmony has smaller classes so the instructors can pay close attention to form and when you’re new to working out this is a huge plus!
