    It was a tough class but I am sure it's good for your body. Big class (approx. 12 people) with 2 instructors. Kru Rak & Kru Emmy were very helpful and very energetic. The class might be too hard for bigginers but no pressure from instructors.

    Barre: Sculpt [Early Bird]

    Such a lovely and fun class, with a burn! Khun Nid was clear, patient, and attentive, teaching the class in both Thai and English, and going around to adjust our poses. For this class, I reckon it would help to have at least a little experience with barre or pilates, though you don't need to be a pro by any means. Studio was also clean and well-maintained by a friendly team, with access to good showers. Thank you!

    Kru Kwang is very cheerful and encouraging. Personally, I feel that the thigh and glutes work can be intense for the Beginner class. However, Physique57's unique exercise practice can be intense and fun at the same time. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking for a workout that builds muscles, enhance your cardio endurance, and most importantly is gentle on the joints!
