Labour Day 2024 - Breathe Stretch & Sound

Was introduced to the most shiok hamstring stretch using yoga strap and the best of all it that it is hands free!! I love the vibe of the studio and the really clean toilets. Got a pocky snack each at the end of class too! However I’m not too sure about this place being suitable for sound bath as the noise from the traffic is quite constant and loud. Some reflection bouncing off the white walls outside the studio which is a little glaring if you pick the wrong spot. Will look out for PH class in future as I enjoy a 90mins class which is quite rare on normal days.

Flow was smooth however I felt that YM instructors (flow classes) tend to give too many options/variations for almost each posture. Priyan was supportive and kind as usual, assisting whenever necessary. Had a beautiful session relaxing into front split, listening to my body and progressing baby steps. Thank YOU!

Indulge in Rest: Self Acupressure Massage + Crystal Bowls + Chimes Sound Healing

I'm really glad I checked out this class today. Dawn has a really soothing way of speaking which settled me nicely, and the frequency (texture?) of the sound bath was just what I was looking for. Grateful for this calming and therapeutic session. It's pricier than what I typically spend on classes but given the intimate class size and ambiance, I guess that's worth it. The studio is very cosy and welcoming, with lots of cushions and blankets to make ourselves comfortable. There's just one bathroom/ changing room but it's quite spacious and clean. I trust that the blankets are cleaned often though? 🤞🏼
