TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
see all reviewsDanielle was great! I appreciate how she welcomes the new members and quickly orients them to the philosophy of the studio. She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. I appreciated that, as a new person.

see all reviewsClass was fun! I liked the instructor, they were welcoming and showed me how to use the equipment before class! The desk clerk showed me around, the space was pretty clean, and the locker rooms were big and had lockers with locks that were easy to use. I didn't like having to run back out to my car to place a parking permit on my dash (just one more thing to do). The playlist was good but not great. I wish we could tell or have input somehow.

It’s such a fun, safe environment where everyone is actively aware that we’re all being vulnerable and trying something new. Be prepared to look goofy, and most importantly be prepared to laugh! The instructors are always so ready and willing to help you. You barely have to look just a little confused and they’re intuitively at your side ready to help. I took two classes and immediately signed up for the retreat in August because I’m confident no matter what level I’m at I’ll have fun and get a good workout. It’s done wonders for my ability to trust myself, and shaped my ability to face challenges with a
