    This was BEST barre class I have taken! I’ve been trying to find a studio that I’ll really enjoy & I definitely found it! The staff was friendly & very helpful. Morgan’s workout was GREAT & the music was great as well. It’s hard to find a studio with music that I like, but I really enjoyed the music selection. Be prepared to SWEAT! I’ll definitely be back!

    Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

    Second class ever doing barre and with this studio. Carrie had pads laid out for each person prior to class starting. She provided cuing for each person by name. She also performed some of the moves for visual cueing which was really helpful for myself. Music was perfect for the class. Really enjoyed the different age range of this class.

    The staff is incredibly supportive and kind. The studio had plenty of room for everyone and was very clean. The instructor was mindful to give everyone one on one attention. Truly a lovely class for building up a sweat.

    This was my first bar class ever and it was super fun! I did a 6am session with Cassie which was a surprisingly full class for a Tuesday. For someone that strength trains 2-3x a week this was still a great challenge! Cassie was super welcoming and explained everything very well throughout the class.
