Wow! Jessanya’s class was amazing. She started the session with playing singing bowls (she really knew what she’s doing - it was great too) and taught an amazing flow afterwards. Somehow it felt so gentle and dynamic at the same time! I didn’t go to a class like that for a while now and lemme tell you, it was an amazing way to start my Saturday. She corrected my postures when needed after asking me permission to do it - I will really take those corrections with me! Thank you! I’ll follow her from now and am looking forward to take more of her classes!!

Randi is GREAT! I was expecting a different experience, this was a work out!!!!! There was breath work and reminders to be mindful of your breathing. Randi was super helpful answering questions about adjustments and was very welcoming. I felt free to meet myself where I am in my practice.

Class was great and quite challenging! I’ve taken a few beginner classes here now and they’ve all been wildly different— so don’t expect anything in particular beforehand. But they have always been a nice workout.

I’ve run out of superlatives to describe Dolma’s class. Haha. Her voice is soothing and encouraging. Her cues clear and her poses fluid, creative. I try to plan my Tuesdays around her 6 pm class! I leave feeling stretched, relaxed, and also stronger.
