see all reviewsThis class was hot, sweaty, and super challenging! Amazing! The only drawback is that I was hoping for a yoga flow. This class was more along the lines of a HIIT/booty boot camp. Nothing wrong with that, just wasn't what I was expecting, but there wasn't a description for this class anyway. I will say that I've been to other studios that have lots of bells and whistles, but THIS STUDIO IS WHERE THE COMMUNITY IS AT! I'd definitely come back for the challenge and vibes. Great people and great playlist.
