Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

see all reviewsGreat music and energy from the instructor. He was also very clear with his instruction. I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

see all reviewsI‘m normally very bad in running and my cardio fitness is miserable, I was still able to run (slow) most of the class and it was fun! Beforehand I was kinda scared and thought about canceling the class, but I’m so glad I went!

Just a note for the studio, and this might be subjective but I just can’t get on board with the music choices lately - it used to be fun throwbacks or remix’s. Over time the music has become extremely repetitive and irritating especially in the morning. Feel free to switch it up :)
