Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

see all reviewsThe instructors showed the exercises on the screen and we were put into groups of 2 people per station. I was 5-minutes late, but still able to join and jumped right in. We probably went through each station 3-4 times in-between short breaks, then crunches, and then did stretches. It was very rapid so you need to keep up, but I was still able to go at my own pace. It was interesting, since it was my first time, but fun. Definitely a HIIT class.

Some saturdays I don’t mind and he always gives us the full time but today I was pretty much or almost the last one to arrive at 12:15 when class is supposed to start, and it was another 10 min before he arrived and the whole class was just waiting. It’s frustrating when you have other things planned so I think maybe they should just change the start time to 12:25/30? But otherwise excellent class and love drip sweat! Love the new mural!

He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone.
