She was able to deconstruct her classes in such a way that I could follow along and where I felt the benefits of the stretch. The class pushed me without the intensity and without stacking on so many moves. I finished The Great Saunter yesterday, so my legs were shredded. I felt the moves helped me recover and reset for a slow Sunday.

I think one of the people who left a review on this place being a “scam” is not used to the typical midtown massage place, which is generally a converted suite in a random office building and has minimal ambience.
