    PT Training

    Did a session of PT Personal Training, Shang did a quick assessment and guided me through the exercises with easy to follow instructions, detailed explanations, answered of all my questions. I had a good session where I'm pushed to do more without feeling overworked. I recommend giving it a try if you are looking for personal training even if you don't have serious injuries in the past.
