see all reviewsJared is an AWESOME instructor. I like the variety and the challenge he brings to classes. One thing, the reformers at this studio are a little outdated and in need of maintenance. They are not as comfortable as others I’ve tried, and they are creaky which can take you out of the mind/body focus. The straps and ropes could also use some TLC.

Everyone in the class is very welcoming and offered to help me set up my equipment when the realized it was my first time taking the cardio class. The instructor (Starr) was also very welcoming, planned a challenging workout that was fun, and helped me mid class when I accidentally unfastened my jump board. Highly recommended this studio and Starr’s Cardio Sculpt 1.0 class if you want a fun workout, with good people, in an intimate space.
