However the class was quite large so she did have her hands full. Overall, fast-paced class but typical for barre. Challenging class, I worked up a sweat and had to take quite a few breaks because my body got a little too shakey through some of the supersets. Her playlist was cool and the movements were timed well with the beats.

see all reviewsA very clean and spacious room for the barre class. With the wall length mirror you could see the instructor easily and keep an eye on your form, except when facing the barre. I’d never done a barre class before and was surprised with the amount of palates inspired exercises, but a pleasant surprise. I was hoping for more bar work, but overall a challenging and great work out. Would take this class again!
