Her energy and enthusiasm made the class so fun and motivating. The studio was also amazing with the theatre like lights and sound system. I’d be coming back if I lived here:)

see all reviewsThe right balance between a vinyasa slow flow + stretching. I enjoy this class and studio a lot, I will wake up on a Friday morning for it every week! Dayna’s cues and voice is perfect for this style of class. I literally fell asleep in Shavasana. BTW you will SWEAT from head to toe.
