I love how she has you do reps for an amount of seconds instead of number of reps like the other instructors (for example squats for 45 seconds instead of for a count of 25 reps) I think this encourages the use of proper form and for students of different skill to take their time and not rush through the exorcises.

This class was the best, I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s a mix of yoga with HIIT and weights. It was so fun because it felt like a dance class. Would highly recommend!
