see all reviewsI’m glad they added this class on the weekend as well. It is a bit challenging and intense so I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners but overall this studio is great! I always leave feeling like a baby giraffe. My only thing is I wish her playlist matched the intensity of the class and that she made hands on adjustments. Other wise fantastic!

Yeli is such a fun teacher and I love learning the craziest combinations from her, and how she pushes you to challenge yourself and grow. This is the funnest workout that doesn’t feel like a workout (but it totally is), give it a try and stick with it!!

see all reviewsMy second time going to this location and I really like it 😊 only downside you have to pay for parking. But I love the class. The two instructors I’ve met so far have been great. It’s a max students is 6 or 8 I believe. But this morning it was 4 including myself. So it allows the instructor to guide you and correct you in positioning. I’ll be going more to this location hopefully 😊 good for you 1st timers. It’s a relaxed exercise class. No cardio. But requires stability and you are working out your muscles.

see all reviewsLove to support independent studios! I’ve been here a couple times and the instructors seem more of the chill type than perky or drill sergeant. You get a wide variety of Lagree type moves on the machine which is fun! My one piece of constructive criticism is that in today’s flow we stayed on many individual movements for a long time… it was probably 90 seconds - 2 minutes technically but with Lagree as a client it can feel really boring / rough if you stay with the same move at the same tempo that long. Anyways, I’ll be back to this studio!

So I signed up last minute for a Pilates reformer class at vibronics with Stephanie and I had an amazing experience.
