    Great class as always! Glad to see Ashlyn is back. My only complaint is that the dots on the floor for mat placement has recently been moved back further and if you’re on the last row you’re either hitting the plants or baskets of equipment and it’s hard to do the movements for class. During one of my classes someone got up to grab more equipment mid class and she was stepping on my mat trying to get to the basket’s and was dipping sweat all over me.

    Meaghan was so sweet and helpful! I was new to the studio and she gave me a full run down. She provided great support and modifications if you weren’t at the level of the class. The other patrons were so friendly as well. The environment as a whole is extremely welcoming and non judgmental! Will be back!
