see all reviewsI highly recommend. Kate set a Yin flow that was not too slow and with just enough subtle activity that allowed my body to open up and release with each breath. Offers modifications and makes you feel comfortable taking them or going at your own pace. Is very engaged during class: asks how everyone is doing, walks around and helps people. Great energy and music. And most importantly, the workout is great - always challenging, different in each class, so you won't get bored if you come every week.

see all reviewsLove the space! Parking was easy peasy midday on Friday. I like the options of yoga, hot pilates. and cycling. The quotes around the studio caught my eye, I really liked that. Lockers available rocked. The showers reminded me of being at a nice day spa like Burke Williams or something. EO shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in showers. Los Gatos is fancy, but I didn’t get a pretentious vibe at all, the space was welcoming! I took a Vinyasa Yoga class with Kalani and she rocked. Her cues helped me get deeper in half moon & I almost caught more air in crow! I think because I was more open and warmed up thanks to her sequence which started with a lot of stretching wasting the body into more. Cadence of the sequence was really nice. The class was not heated and she had great music. Props available strap, different types of blocks. The studio was clean. The gal up front Payton was kind and welcoming. Overall, 5 stars! Look forward to going back.

see all reviewsI enjoy Rachelle’s classes but I don’t understand why a whole row in the front is unoccupied every time she teaches. Nobody else’s class have I seen that. People will park their mats outside the designated areas before being in the front row. I know Rachelle doesn’t like people too close to the stage so she can move around but a whole row? I’m confused by that.

see all reviewsGreat class for slowly getting back into yoga for those who have been practicing mamas and for those who haven’t been in a while.. or brand new! You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

She offers solutions that other yoga teachers haven’t offered me in my many years of doing yoga with various injuries. Also, the class is challenging and great for all levels. If you’re newer to hot yoga in these poses, definitely utilize child’s pose and take breaks to drink water so you don’t get too lightheaded.
