    Was a bit unsure about booking a class at HYW after reading varying reviews, but I went ahead and booked and I had a great experience! Valentyne was lovely, talking me through what to expect when I explained it was my first class with HYW, her instructions were clear and simple to follow during the practice, the rest of the class also seemed really well practiced so it was also easy to follow the poses. The pace of the class was perfect, it allowed you to work on your poses/posture and meant you didn’t get overheated. For the rest of the day I felt light and energised - will definitely be back!

    It was my first time doing bikram yoga and I really really enjoyed it! Proud of myself for handling the heat! 🔥 Loved the sweat and being able to follow the more experienced students. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Maybe the only slight feedback I have would be for the instructor. I think if there was specific feedback about students not following the class as expected, that feedback could be delivered to the specific student(s). Just felt sightly uncomfortable and unsure who some of the comments were directed to. Otherwise, she was really lovely 1:1 but some comments made during the lesson weren’t well received.
