YogaSix reviews on ClassPass

4.9 out of 5 stars (5000+)
“This class is the perfect amount of slow and flow. I love that it’s warm. You can really stretch into positions but it’s challenging at times as well. The instructor is awesome and I love her vibe, the sound of her voice, the music, it just works so well. My favorite yoga class right now.”
“Love the atmosphere the instructor created in the studio. Members are respectful and take their practice seriously. This is for all levels, and making it your own experience is encouraged. Will come again!”
“This class is great if you are hunched over at your computer all day. So many delightful hip openers — the tension in my spine literally melted away. The instructor’s grounded presence and intentional adjustments were wonderful as well ❤️”

How to prepare for a YogaSix class

Prepare for a YogaSix class by hydrating and fueling properly. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We also recommend arriving to class 15 minutes early so that you can check in, set up your mat and settle in before class starts.
Most studios do not provide mats, but they are typically available to rent. Please bring a card to process the transaction if you intend to rent, as you are unable to rent a mat through the ClassPass app at this time.
