She helped me adjust my seat and explained the basics of the class. Throughout the entire class she kept checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. I really enjoyed the class and even though it was my first time the energy from the instructor helped me push through to the end. I will definitely be back!!

Lots of choreography I had never seen before for my first time with David, and I have done 150+ rides. Wish there was a bit more peaks and valleys for the BPM but the instructor was passionate and it was great!

Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. Robert is fantastic and if you haven’t taken his class yet, get to booking it right away!

First off, the staff is incredible, so kind and accommodating, I felt super comfortable from the start. The class was INTENSE, I truly did not think I’d be able to finish, in fact, I’m quite proud of myself for just that feat alone… Which leads me to my next point… the instructor was phenomenal! I love the layout here and Katie was very helpful. All the stations were very clear exercises were informative and had great energy at 5 am. The gym is big and sleek. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming with high-fives. I was drenched at the end and Katie took some time to walk with me through the space and talk more which is appreciated.

see all reviewsI did vaguely think I was going to die then reminded myself that I probably wouldn’t. Also time dilation on the stairmaster is real. I thought for sure it had been over 10 minutes and I looked down and saw it ticking up from 3:20 to 3:21 in disbelief. This was my first class and Glutecamp was nice because I didn’t have to worry about weights since you use resistance bands, stretchy cables, and body weight. The non-stairmaster stuff was pretty familiar to me: squats, bridges, fire hydrants, etc. Nothing too crazy. It’s pretty fast-paced but I didn’t feel myself falling behind. The instructor was encouraging and showed the new people how to use stuff before class so it didn’t feel confusing. On the stairmaster side I had to adjust down some levels because I kept glancing at my heart rate and being like…I need to slow down. Definitely a good workout!
