She was personable, had personality, music was great also you can tell she walks the walk! She’s a knowledgeable trainer and highly skilled. She’s not only “textbook knowledgeable” she knows how to lead a room full of adults with confidence and clarity. I will def be going back to her! The only thing about TM is that I wish it had more diversity — it’s so weird, obviously seems like they want to attract one type of client which is not a good look. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

Alison teaches the 7am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Tuesdays Alison will focus on punching out your goals for the ride. On Thursdays she will focus on having a “double shot” (2 songs) of music for each artist that is played. I’m in my 9th week of consistent cycling and my legs just get stronger.
