see all reviewsThe studio is gorgeous. Shilpy was very nice, she came around to ask about injuries/pains and provided modifications before class which I appreciated. It was my first time doing yoga in a long time, I was able to keep up but definitely feeling sore the next day!

see all reviewsGeorges is a generous genius of a yoga instructor. I am so grateful for his beautiful, challenging, creative, humanistic, playful, well orchestrated classes. His loving kindness opens everyone up to the totality. He always offers the perfect prompts to tailor alignment and then to facilitate a flow state. He meets people where they are and yet we all leave stronger, happier, more confident and more vibrant from the experience.

see all reviewsIt was such a good way to start my Sunday, some movement, relaxing, breathing… the place was so beautiful and the coach was lovely. I wouldn’t say it was for beginners because some times the coach just told us what to so instead of showing it so it can be hard for someone that doesn’t know yoga terms.

see all reviewsSean was a substitute instructor today. His class was great. Very clear instructions, super organized, and challenging moves that were also easily modifiable. Sean is an excellent instructor. He is very calm and relaxed. I very much enjoyed the class and hope he will teach more classes at BeFitNYC.

see all reviewsThis was my first class back to dancing after a 4 year break due to life circumstances after previously having spent the majority of my life dedicated to dance for 18 years. I was anxious to say the least. However, by the end of class most, if not all, of my nerves had melted away because of such a perfect class experience. The teacher was absolutely lovely - very attentive & experienced- gave great feedback & critiques along with encouragement through literal every single part of class. I signed up for next week’s class as soon as this one was done!

see all reviewsI have done yoga before but never had I cried . Who knew thought yoga could be so emotional!? I was able to release my stress , and sit in discomfort which for me is so uncomfortable to do . As a social worker , I carry so much of my patients’ burden and yoga allowed me to release it all . I was able to pour into myself . I am thankful and grateful for the experience. I can’t wait to do it again .
