I have moderately low body fat so i was scared that the heat will be too hot for me to handle. Irfan adjusted the heat for me since the beginning and to my surprise, i can take it and the sauna is not suffocating at all. Since you will be alone in the sauna room, please do not hesitate to raise any concern, Irfan will happily accommodate it, Totally recommended!
