I always get sore and shivering muscles at the end of class and she encourages everyone till the end without giving up. She is kind and attentive. Her cues are clear. She is just the best.

see all reviewsWAYY TOO HOT AND HUMID IN THE CLASS! The coach is great & taught an awesome class so this is not complaint on her by any means. However the classroom itself was way too hot and had no airflow. Makes it difficult to do the work out. I personally do not do well in a hot environment especially when working out it make me feel like I’m going to faint. In addition I was sweating even more than usual during class and my machine was pretty slippery from it which makes it even harder to stand up on. I hope this doesn’t continue because I have no desire to take a hot yoga style class especially with the summer approaching. Coach was 10/10 environment was not ideal.

see all reviewsI liked this class. The movements felt balanced between core, upper body and lower body and the instructors cues were effective yet her vibe was chill which I much prefer. Others have come off as super chaotic and way too loud. Will be back to Kassia’s class for sure!

see all reviewsI waited until the next day to review to judge how sore I was, and boy do I feel it in my stomach region and glutes/inner thighs. it was my first class with Nautika, and she had a great energy, encouraging everyone throughout the workout. The class was beginner-intermediate level friendly. For bigger bodies, a bit more modifications would be helpful! the cues were on point just like in Claudia's class. Thank you, Nautika!!

see all reviewsThe studio is nice. It is in a shopping center. I got there 15 minutes early per the instructions on ClassPass and they will have you complete a waiver and take a picture of you. I asked what was the reason behind the picture and it is to put a face to the name but it felt very intrusive. The instructor was very nice and did a good job of going over the moves. I think this workout is beginner friendly just make sure you arrive in enough time for them to go over the machine if you are new to it.

Patty is very good though and explains things well and gives modifications, I would take her class again.
