see all reviewsThis was my first F45 class. The Volofit (not sure if that’s correct) was a team circuit where you alternate within your team to reach a goal number of reps. It was a good first class because there were pauses and you can go at your own pace. Emily was a great instructor, super welcoming and demonstrated each station (there are also screens to show you as you go around). I’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying different class styles.

Specifically in the red room, there’s finger nails & dust all over the floors which is a little off putting bc we do a lot of floor work in these classes.

The class felt very welcoming for a first timer and it definitely gives you a good workout. Surprisingly to me, you will feel the burn! The desk attendant was super friendly and gave me a full tour - I felt welcomed and comfortable upon arrival. Vangela had great energy. “Tone 45” was basically a sequence of circuit/toning/barre movements. Some of the sequences had slight rhythm choreography, which I personally enjoyed. If you’re looking for a very high intensity class where you leave drenched in sweat, this isn’t for you – but if you want a great burn without over-doing yourself, this is a great fit.
