    This wasn’t with Sarah (she didn’t show up last week and was fired), but was with a lady named Beth. Loved it. Upbeat and you can challenge yourself or take it easy depending on how much weight you use but wow you’ll be jelly at the end. Great class for strength training.

    One of my favorite gyms. Spacious with a great selection of both machines and free weights. A large functional training area. Sauna, showers, lockers. A solid overall place to work out. Would join if I lived here day one.

    Good pace of class and will definitely be sore tomorrow (in a good way!)! Studio is clean and fresh and the music gets you going in the morning. Individual showers are super nice and make morning work outs so much easier! Will definitely be back 🤗
