    Booked an open gym slot mainly to use the kettlebells. The staff who welcomed me was nice and I appreciate that drinks are sold here. There’s no AC so it was almost unbearably hot in this heatwave. There’re showers and changing rooms, and a bath towel is provided.

She is exceptional at correcting form, offering valuable tips to enhance technique, and providing the motivation needed to sustain momentum throughout the workout. The quality of the workout is top-notch, and I appreciate the encouragement of Patrina participating the workout alongside me, as well as her kind compliments. Thank you for the unexpected personal training experience, and the added bonus of free parking! Oh, and I like the lounge area with books to read.

    Took the calisthenics push and pull basics class with the faculty. Detailed instructions, form correction and demonstration from Ashikin. I found certain exercises challenging as this is my first ever calisthenics experience. It was a bonus to have Ashikin's toddler around!     Saturday morning classes with Jarren sets the tone for an amazing start to the weekend! Great playlist with very intentional sequences in the mix of genres to maximum the workout. Beginners and regulars seemed to all be able to follow the steps as the instructor cues really well, and moves in a way that is clear for even those at the back of the studio. And while there were many participants, the studio was spacious enough to move around comfortably.
