I think I worked with Alex for the Thursday core/glutes and I was so grateful for them meeting me where I'm at, while also being so attentive to all the tools and gear I'd need, making sure I'm comfortable, yet still motivating me with a really helpful laissez faire attitude when I've always been bombarded with personal trainers yelling at you.. this was NOT that. Incredibly thoughtful staff, and good atmosphere. Love it!
