Gro Flow 60 - Heated
see all reviewsThe room wasn’t so hot, it was just warm. The kind of warm that you don’t want to sit and hang out in but not so hot that it feels like you’re getting a good sweat going. Aside from that, class was nice. I love this studio because we do positions that I don’t really find many other places doing. Most of the instructors really seem to know what they’re doing here. The girl at the front desk was super nice and Wally was very clear in leading the class. She was cool and down to earth from what I could tell.
Gro Yoga and Wellness believe in movement with intelligence and intention. They are…Y6 Power
see all reviewsAmazing as always. Y6 POWER is fast paced. The instructor is energetic, casual, and fun. If you’re expecting a very traditional or rigidly-structured class: THIS IS NOT THAT in the best way possible. This place offers calmer, relaxing, wind-down classes but Power is more fun and challenging (in my opinion).
YogaSix offers 6 different class types from hot and powerful to slow and mindful…Pilates and Deep Stretching
see all reviewsJenn was very welcoming and helpful. This was my first Pilates class and I was intimidated because I heard that it was all core and I am weak in that area (more reason to do it, I know, lol). She provided modifications to make it easier as well as more challenging. This class used foam rollers, exercise balls, light weights, and a ring. The class had people of various sizes and aptitudes. Mimosas and cheese were provided after class, nice touch. The owners (I assumed they owned the place) were also very sweet and welcoming. I will be back for more Pilates and Yoga here. 😊🙏🏾.
