The workout room was hot to the point that it got hard to breathe with 6 other people in the room. Gianna's class was intense but with room to adapt and take it at a personal pace. Set up an efficient workout on the spot based on my weaknesses (lower abs and glute activation). I workout 5 times a week (gym and hiit classes), but this session introduced me to a missing piece. She believe in a holistic approach and had great actionable advice and tips to all my questions. Clean gym space. Definitely recommend.
