The studio is absolutely gorgeous and the energy from everyone here was so positive. Will definitely be taking this class again! 11/10

see all reviewsThe instructor was great! Her energy was amazing and she was fun. I’ve never taken a class like this before, and I didn’t die, so that was cool. Only thing to note is that this class is actually 45 min, not 30. Which was nice cuz it included a little warm up and cool down and 30 min of HIIT.
