see all reviewsThis was my first time in a Pilates class. I arrived a few minutes late but Riley was great and still let me in & helped direct me to where they were. At the beginning, it didn’t seem like a deep workout, but it got much more intense & it was working muscles I didn’t realize were being targeted. The instructor offered modifications when she saw that I was struggling with certain items & she demonstrated a number of times to make sure it was done correctly. I’d go again.
