see all reviewsI enjoy Rachelle’s classes but I don’t understand why a whole row in the front is unoccupied every time she teaches. Nobody else’s class have I seen that. People will park their mats outside the designated areas before being in the front row. I know Rachelle doesn’t like people too close to the stage so she can move around but a whole row? I’m confused by that.

Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

see all reviewsChallenging class but so amazing! Armando is a great instructor and since it's an intimate class, he gave personal adjustments to each student and ensured all of our safety. I wouldn't say it's the best for those starting out in their fitness journey, but if you have done any yoga classes then you should try it. Requires a lot of core strength and you'll be hanging sideways and upside down a good bit of the time so don't eat a heavy meal right before. Such a great way to challenge the body and mind through balance, alignment, and focus. I feel incredible, highly recommend! Note: I'm not a 'yoga' person, haven't taken a yoga class in years, but I workout a lot in general and I was able to learn the moves and do the inversions.

see all reviewsJane is amazing! I have always heard about her but have never been able to take her class due to my work schedule when I was pregnant. Finally now at six weeks postpartum I am able to experience her magic. She is so good and knowledgeable with postpartum fitness. She also had a special assistant to help with Taking care of the babies. This is completely optional for Moms who would like extra help so they can focus on their practice. Jane even offered to measure my diastasis recti to test my core. At the end of the class the babies have their own yoga segment, which is a great bonding experience for Momma and Baby.

see all reviewsFirst of all, the place is very cool! you can see some of the stained glass at the top. The instructor was very nice, and I enjoyed the class and the flow. My only feedback, and could be just me, is to lower the volume of the music a liiittle, to balance the mic and music, English is not my first language and sometimes I couldn't understand the instructions. it happened a few times only. Great class, great place, hoping to go back soon :)
