    Love Flows: Vinyasa

The vinyasa flow was flowing. Taylor has amazing energy and I would take her classes everyday. The staff at Love Story was super sweet. It’s definitely a perk that there is free street parking nearby as well.

Kundalini Yoga For The Present Moment with Dayani Waas

Dayani was such a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable instructor. She greeted us at the door, explained the details of kundalini well, and created an awesome sequence. Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

Had an amazing class with Victoria! Loved how she took the time at the beginning of class to talk to everyone about their practice. She created such a wonderful practice where people could listen to their body and modify as needed. This is a lovely studio!!

    Intro to Silks/ Tissu

I’ve taken intro to silks at various studios and Mischa is one of the best intro instructors I’ve had. She is prepared and very detailed in making sure you get the fundamentals right. She will also adjust based off your experience level. Great intro class!

    Anti Gravity Yoga

Challenging class but so amazing! Armando is a great instructor and since it's an intimate class, he gave personal adjustments to each student and ensured all of our safety. I wouldn't say it's the best for those starting out in their fitness journey, but if you have done any yoga classes then you should try it. Requires a lot of core strength and you'll be hanging sideways and upside down a good bit of the time so don't eat a heavy meal right before. Such a great way to challenge the body and mind through balance, alignment, and focus. I feel incredible, highly recommend! Note: I'm not a 'yoga' person, haven't taken a yoga class in years, but I workout a lot in general and I was able to learn the moves and do the inversions.
