    Cycle45: Throwback Tracks

    Was visiting PVD and came for a cycle class. LOVE the gym, love the people and loved the class! For reference it’s about 30 bikes in the cycling theater. Similar to a SoulCycle thing where the lights go low and the music gets loud but it’s actually BETTER because the light wall behind the instructor is really cool and motivating. Also I’ve never been handed a lavender scented cold towel aster a spin class. Will return!
