I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol

Miyae was thorough and was able to apply the right amount of pressure to relieve the tension from my muscles. I felt very light and relaxed after the session.
