It really got into my lats which I needed. Her cuing was easy to follow even with yoga brain. If anything I do wish I could have heard the music a little more, but that’s a personal preference and I happened to be further away from the speaker. Thank you Erica!

Such a fantastic way to start the day. I actually really appreciated the pre-recorded class. The sound quality could not have been better and the fact that Tim is there enjoying his practice just as we're there to do lends to the positive energy of the experience. The music was so great throughout the practice and it was followed by some awesome beats to bust a move to after! The dance was perfectly timed for 15 minutes to get you feeling free and fun while increasing your heart rate. Then followed by some lovely breath work and meditation. Such a great way to connect with yourself, let loose, and connect with others all in one hour. You can't beat doing all of this at the beach under the sun either!! I will be back again for sure! 🧘♀️ 🌞💃
