It’s very challenging a little painful but what’s work without some pain. 💪🏼 get those gains and look epic doing so! The instructor was so helpful and really encourages you. If I can do this anyone at 200 pounds anyone can. 😊 don’t be afraid and book your first class!

see all reviewsLove Avalon, one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. She truly loves what she does and you can tell, and she made it feel more like a practice and less like a class. I struggle to tap into mindfulness in my yoga classes usually but the way she phrased things and organized the movements and class got me right to the peaceful place mentally I was looking to find through yoga :) Front desk was super accommodating as well, I live so far from the studio but this place makes it worth !!
