    Mighty Moonlight

First time trying a moonlight class. I feel like it’s got a greater emphasis on dynamic stretches and joint mobility than the other classes I’ve tried though it was still a good workout. I feel less stiff coming out of class which is a good feeling.

    Powerful Vinyasa

Monica set a good pace and called out slight corrections to keep you up to par. Worked up a good sweat and felt strong afterwards.

    BU Barre - IN-STUDIO

I hit snooze too many times, stepped on glass (🙃🙃🫠) and got to class later than expected. So, I wasn’t my best self. Michelle has this magic of positivity and a good class to help you get out of your own way. 10/10 would recommend.

    Yin Yoga - In-Studio

Sona is an incredibly kind and giving instructor. She made me so comfortable and well taken care of during my first class. Also Yin is an amazingly restorative practice—slow, steady. Allows for you to learn slowly and take in what’s happening with your body.

Lovely instructor, gentle soothing voice. Studio itself is clean, bright and beautiful. Only comment is if you’re further away by the bathroom, it’s difficult to hear instructor esp with fans and music.

    Warm Vinyasa Flow

A gentler paced vinyasa flow perfect for beginners but also intermediate students, challenging them to go inwards. Thoughtful sequence that went through modified sun salutations and the warrior sequence. Totally ego-less at this studio which helps deepen the mindfulness. Very sweet instructor with great cuing and also cognizant of various levels.

    Postnatal and Baby

Jane is amazing! I have always heard about her but have never been able to take her class due to my work schedule when I was pregnant. Finally now at six weeks postpartum I am able to experience her magic. She is so good and knowledgeable with postpartum fitness. She also had a special assistant to help with Taking care of the babies. This is completely optional for Moms who would like extra help so they can focus on their practice. Jane even offered to measure my diastasis recti to test my core. At the end of the class the babies have their own yoga segment, which is a great bonding experience for Momma and Baby.

    Nourish & Align

This class is wonderful to go inwards and really focus on the present moment. It was a cross between a gentle hatha and yin, which I thoroughly needed this morning and enjoyed. Instructor was passionate and tied in tidbits of knowledge that she shared with the class, for example she mentioned about calming the vegas nerve. If you are looking to focus inwards and meditate, this is a nicely paced, accessible to all class. Studio is lovely and there is a wonderful market with tons of organic produce and snacks on the bottom floor.
