Natalie alone was worth the whole class… her voice queues and upbeat yelps and battle cries were so much fun and inspiring to keep going. Loved her focus on form and alignment and encouragement to each person in class. Plus a phenomenal playlist. Huge props.

Amazing class with Jessanya again - the flow was super smooth and she gave great hands on assists. Super personable and made sure to facilitate everyone’s individual needs like bringing me and a few other people blocks in moments where we could use them. And she has a such calming instructor voice :) see you for sure next week!

I love this class so much! IMO Tara’s yoga studio is one of the best-kept secrets in Brooklyn. Tara is an incredible teacher and the practice space is so beautiful. Her Friday class is also such a wonderful way to kick off your weekend — I’ve never been the type to get up early for workout classes but Tara’s practice is so restorative and energizing that I now look forward to it! This Pilates Class was small and intimate. If you are taking the first morning class, you have to wait for the floor to be unlocked on the elevator. Yan was helpful when I struggled to do some of the exercises. She also ran the class bilingually (mandarin and English). Overall , it was a good class and I would definitely come back.

Katie is an incredible instructor! She teaches a great yin class with lots of heart and hip openers that I really enjoyed and felt much more open at the end of class. She is also a reiki master and she incorporated that into the class in a way that was totally cleansing and left me feeling very free. I can’t say enough good things about her class!
