see all reviewsDidn’t receive the wax service I paid for because her 1st attempt ended in 1) hot wax dripping down into my nasal cavity 2) wax all over my nose and lips and 3) her trying to remove before the wax had dried. I’ve been cleaning wax out of my nostril for an hour. All after being told I was “in good hands”. I’m 99% sure that woman has never performed a nasal wax before today. The facial was no better… advertised as 90 minute service, but she was done after 54 minutes. She tried to melt 1/2 my face off with the steam machine. I was also instructed to put on a robe for some reason just to find out halfway through that this service included an arm massage. I had to find a way to wiggle out of a robe that was stuck to me with a face covered in goop. I’ve literally never had such a bad experience in any spa or salon in my life. I will never return and be sure to tell other locals of my experience here.
