see all reviewsI can't say enough good things about this class. the instructor was wonderful, and the yoga moves were easy enough for a novice like me to follow along with ease. the sound bath was something you can only experience. There's just no words for it. I left feeling lighter and more balanced. I loved this experience and definitely will be back.
