see all reviewsI had good aerobic exercise by doing this type of yoga. it was fairly fast paced flow yoga in very warm (temp like 90-95deg). i am usually not a big fan of hot yoga but it was definitely good exercise. Jamie was a good instructor.

Deandra happily answered any questions and was enthusiastic even when I frequently messed up. The class seemed to move at a reasonable pace if you've had experience dancing but it was a little fast for me.
