Good burn and will come here again! My only recommendation for a better experience would be that the reformer and mat next to it weren’t very clean and I’m sensitive to dust etc but otherwise great experience and I’ll go again.

It was a very relaxing and tranquil experience, lying on plush massage chairs for 45 minutes, alone with your thoughts and working on deep breathing. I’m a relatively healthy young adult so didn’t experience anything in particular as I know it’s also meant to clear congestion and help with breathing. However, I’d still recommend it for a relaxing pamper session as it’s not often you sit alone with your thoughts and take the time to reset and clear your mind.

Nucalm was really relaxing once I got into it, had an out-of-body experience, then fell asleep! I did feel a bit concerned about my belongings during as they were behind a curtain with me and I couldn’t hear/see anything but eventually let it go. I couldn’t have done more than 30mins for my first Infrared but loved it and used the ice bath after. Clean shower space for after, I really enjoyed and will be back :)
