see all reviewsThis was my second class with Brooke and let me just say, she is so kind, very detailed in her practice and so eager to teach! She creates a calm environment but also encourages fun, laughter and silly moments! I even asked about some moves my body wasn’t feeling and how to strengthen myself so the moves don’t hurt me, she offered multiple stretches to help me with that pain and hopefully better prepare my body during my practice. I truly appreciate her and all her kindness, teachings and funny stories! If you are nervous about starting this practice, she is the one to go to!! She will always offer alternate positions and she always encourages you to listen to your body! 10/10 recommend her and just People’s Yoga in general!
