see all reviewsDeep Core was a very relaxing class and good for beginners. Great for deep stretching. It’s very hot in the class - definitely drink lots of water before and don’t wear any makeup because you’ll be dripping sweat. LOVE the cold towels at the end of class!!

see all reviewsI've been coming in here on and off for the last 10 years and it's still the best! however, do the floor postures still work well without the savasana in between? Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference. Teaching was really great with clear instructions, and recommended for all levels. Made my day.

Liked the class, some areas for improvement could be making the transitions between body focus area workouts more smooth rather than being like ok sit down and take ur weights off now. Think that’ll come with time tho. Loved the blocks between scissor kick legs. Arms segment could’ve been longer. Didn’t like planks at the very beginning

I wouldn’t say it was for beginners because some times the coach just told us what to so instead of showing it so it can be hard for someone that doesn’t know yoga terms.
