    A fun but still challenging class. I was feeling pretty weak coming in from recovering, but all the moves were easy to get going and get comfortable with the movement. I love the layout here and Katie was very helpful. All the stations were very clear exercises were informative and had great energy at 5 am. The gym is big and sleek. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming with high-fives. I was drenched at the end and Katie took some time to walk with me through the space and talk more which is appreciated.

    What a fantastic class today!!! Bri and Teran were excellent instructors and brought liveliness to my Saturday morning in CDM. Because of the smaller nature of the class, Bri and Teran had plenty of time to correct form if needed, provide modifications, and increase my intensity. The gym is clean and the community is wonderful. Will be coming back! Additional perk- down the street from the Saturday farmers market on Marguerite!
